For some reason Pictomio does not read some of my files.
The picture file is a normal JPG
File Name: DSC01469
1280x960 pixels
72 dpi
24 bit
taken from a Sony Camera.
The file is not protected, read only or hidden.
Its also in a folder with other JPG picture files that Pictomio has detected.

I have tried refreshing, but that does not help at all.

Another issue is that Pictomio lags when I right click on files
It lags again when I select all images.
It lags when I highlight different options on the right click menu too

My Computer Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.4
500GB HDD
ATI Radeon HD 3650 w/ 1GB VRAM
4GB Ram
Vista Ultimate x64

Besides that keep up the good work!

Hi hiddensanctum,

it would be really helpful if you could send me one of the not readable files to support1@pictomio.com
Do you have a very large database with many pictures in it? Because that could cause the lag. Another problem can be that you are using a 64 Bit operating system.

Kind regards

Picture has been sent.
Also I have 3,327 pictures in total. Is that considered big?

Hi hiddensanctum,

in a short test with pictomio 1.2.29 i couldn't verify the problem with your image file. There was nothing wrong with the file and it was displayed correctly within pictomio. (Testet on Vista 32 Bit)
I would guess that pictomio has some problems with your 64 Bit OS. Perhaps you have a possibility to test pictomio on a 32 Bit system?

Kind regards
Bleker
