Hello,

I just downloaded Pictomio and I like the user interface very much. However, I cannot use it because whenever I open a directory containing a music or video file the program hangs.

I am using a Dell Studio 1535 with the newest drivers installed and Windows Vista 32bit with the newest directX drivers from Microsoft.

Could it be a matter of codecs?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Bernd

Hi bernd_meyer56,

this sounds like a codec problem. To get some more information It would be helpful if you can send me a trace log.
This can be done by using our TraceClient.bat which is in your pictomio program folder.
Please open the TraceClient.bat, open pictomio, make it crash, close the TraceClient.bat and send me the TraceLog.txt (the file should be on your Desktop) to support1@pictomio.com

Kind regards
Bleker
